Shipping Instructions

If you would like to send your device to us please follow these shipping instructions:

  • Look up your device and order the repair you need.
  • Package your device securely in a box of your own or order one of our boxes during the checkout process.
  • Do not include any accessories unless they are related to the problem. Do not include batteries, power cords or memory cards. Our test labs have these.
  • Include the purchase confirmation you will see after checkout, in the package with your unit.

  • If you choose to ship with the US Post Office, please insure the package for the value of the device and ask that a signature be required.
