If you would like to ship your device to us using your own box, here are the shipping instructions. If you prefer, we can send you a special protective package which will ensure that your device will arrive safely to us. The package will include shipping instructions and a return mailing label. You will be given the option to order the special protective package at the completion of your repair transaction.
