Drop Off, Mail In or Three Way Ship

For customers in the Chicago area, you can drop your device off at our Bensenville Service Center located at:

If you are mailing your device, you can send the package to us using these shipping instructions. Or, if you would prefer, we can send you a special protective package to ensure that your device will arrive safely. It includes the shipping instructions and a return mailing label. You will be given the option to order the special protective package at the completion of your repair order.

Order Status

You can track exactly where your device is by clicking on order status. You can find out when your unit arrived, where it is in the repair process and when it will be returned.

Disposal

We understand that it might not make economical sense to repair your device and so you would like to dispose of it. Give us a call at 866.488.8227 or email us at recycle@unitedcamera.com and tell us the make, model and condition of your device along with your name and shipping address. If approved, we will send you a prepaid disposal kit so you can send the device to us. We care about the environment too which is why we do not want old electronics to go into landfills. United Camera works with many charitable organizations that need gently used and refurbished devices such as the American Red Cross and local schools. Or, if some parts cannot be salvaged, we will send them to a special recycler who will dispose of them while adhering to all the governmental regulations.
